The picture is of off-duty, bikini-clad Swedish policewoman Mikaela Kellner arresting an unfortunate - probably "most fortunate" in the opinions of some male readers - pickpocket at a park in Sweden. He obviously picked the wrong ones when he chose sunbathers Mikaela and her friends as potential victims as Mikaela and her cop friend gave him chase for 50 feet before tackling him to the ground and pinning him, his back behind his back (oh the humiliation).
