From Big Brother To Little Brother: Michael Jordan's Message To Kobe Bryant

Kobe must have loved this valediction from Michael Jordan. It was definitely a case of one all-time great acknowledging the accomplishments of another all-time great. I believe it must have made Kobe Bryant's day to listen to those magnanimous words of a guy he most probably dreamt of playing like in his pre-NBA days.

By the way, Michael Jordan wore 23 while Kobe Bryant wears - or should it now be "wore"? - 24. Is this a coincidence or was it planned by Kobe Bryant or one of his handlers? I mean 24 is 23 plus 1. Was Kobe Bryant or his handler(s) trying to insinuate that he was the new Jordan? That is, the next great one coming after Jordan, just the way 24 comes after 23? I believe this is the case as Kobe Bryant initially wore 8 in his early days in the NBA.
